I recently celebrated my birthday and part of my requests was to have a wonderful Sunday brunch. For the occasion, pancakes were on the menu with mimosas! My first experience with Prosecco was quite memorable because there is a distinct difference with champagne. The grapes used for this sparkling wine are smooth, tasty and very enjoyable on the palette.
