GRAND PRIX MONTREAL EDITION
The time has come to pick out the best events for the Grand Prix weekend in Montreal going on June 7-8-9th which is already next week. I personally picked out the events that I have attended in the past and a few new ones to mix things up. Without further a due, here is my list ;)
This year the Montreal RITZ CARLTON is going all out in collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy & Mercedes Petronas to bring you the most exclusive party of the year. From food stations to open bar til 2am, you won’t want to miss this party. Celebrity event planning group 1OAK will be activating a three night pop-up VIP party , powered by Marriott BonVoy directly at the Ritz- Carlton (bottle service only) Grand Prix party .
I personally look forward to this event because it encompasses everything I love; good food, great music by DJ YO-C in a luxurious atmosphere with the gorgeous set up that pushes you to step up your fashion game. Who knows who you might meet on the dance floor that night especially with the presence of 1 OAK this year!? Make sure you have your phone recharged because you will want to capture these moments!

2. LE RICHMOND
As the official GRAND PRIX of Montreal partner, Le Richmond is ready to celebrate all weekend from June 6th with their kickoff party to their day party on the 9th where you will be able to watch the race in a relaxing vibe after surviving 3 days of intense partying. This one is also a fave of mine because first the restaurant is gorgeous, the food is very good and the red carpet decor gives the party an upscale vibe. Here is what Le Richmond has planned for you:
Thursday: Thunderdome soirée (see full video)
Friday: Extravagant Gentleman’s Club (reservation only)
Saturday: Red Carpet Gala (open bar, VIP guests, food and champagne)
Sunday: Race Party, watch the race in a laid back atmosphere with a live DJ! It starts at 11am

3. FORMULE PEEL
FORMULE PEEL is back for it’s sixth year with 3 days of good food, beautiful terraces, live music, entertainment, pop-up fashion and luxury cars.
From June 6th to the 9th, almost half a million people from all over the world are expected to attend the festivities presented by Impact Media, in collaboration with destination Centre-Ville and the restaurateurs on Peel street. Patrice Brisebois, former player of the Canadiens of Montreal, is back as an ambassador.
I am happy to see that the PEEL PADDOCK terrace is back because last year, it was great experience. Expect local and international DJ’s mixing from 11 Am to 3 Am everyday. So make sure to be part of the festivities launching June 6th at 10h30 Am and don’t forget to make reservations at your favorite restaurant in the area.
4. AUBERGE SAINT-GABRIEL
This place has become a staple in Montreal’s Grand Prix parties. From their famous Bagatelle brunch to their official closing parties, you will definitely find an event that suits you. No need to get into details about this place that has clearly earned its reputation as one of the best destinations during Grand Prix. Pay attention to their ‘Bagatelle Brunch’ that is growing in popularity.

You can tell that Mercedes is back as not only partners for Grand Prix but also to host a few events during the weekend.
