Foodies! Get ready for the 5th edition of La Poutine Week

It's has been 5 years that here in Montreal we wait patiently for the Poutine Week to come back so we can indulge. During that week, there is no space for guilt nor diets,  pick a few places (bring a friend to share the plates) and enjoy! Just to make it easier on you, this year more than 50 restaurants are presenting their creative version of Quebec's classic dish. The strategy here is to go through the list of restaurants and pick a few that seem the most appealing. This foodie festival comes at period where its always very cold out and being the Montrealers that we will dress up and wait but you can check out the new delivery company called Foodora who will gladly deliver your poutine and will give out a prize to the restaurant who had the most deliveries. Make sure you check their site because it is not all the places that are working with Foodora. The Poutine week is not only a great way to put Montreal on the map with the tourists who want to discover this awkward but very tasty dish but it also gives exposure to many restaurants who dont always get the attention they deserve. Let's just hope that they are ready for us because I know we are!

Visit La Poutine Week's website soon for more info! In the meantime, here is a preview of what to expect on February 1st to the 7th!
