In a few hours this city will turn into mayhem for Grand Prix, but the good kind!  The kind that you will want to experience because there is a little something for everyone. From walking around the streets enjoying the crowd, music and activities to attending a lavish party dressed up like you're going to the MET GALA, they’ve got you!  Although I find that this year is pretty low key, I made a list of events that I co-sign because I have either experienced the event myself or I know what the event planners are capable of!

On Friday June 8th, the Ritz Carlton is back in collaboration with Aston Martin and partner Red Bull racing. This party has become a well sought out and sold out event for many reasons. Starting at 7, champagne will be flowing til 9, food stations, live performances, open bar and DJ YO-C doing what he does best til 2AM! Whenever I go I end up on the dance floor looking like a hot mess! Let's not forget the luxurious gift bags in the end that gives you sweet memories! ;) This year's theme is Sahara (Arabian desert) so let your imagination run wild and dare to wear! There are only 500 tickets available and most of them have been sold so check out the link and GET YOUR TICKETS

A few events are happening at Montreal's Le Richmond during the week. On Saturday June 9th, the lavish RED CARPET party is back! In my opinion this is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The enchanting decor really makes you feel like you are in another country plus the food is exquisite. Filled with celebs, VIP crowd dressed to impress, open bar, food and entertainment, Le Richmond will be lively all night starting at 7pm. This exclusive party is by reservation only so don't miss out and contact them today!

You don't feel like dressing up and attending big parties? I have the CHANDON PIT STOP in the Dorchester square ( Peel st) that should interest you! There will be a lounge section with a variety of Chandon sparkling wines and cocktails by Lawrence Picard flowing with live music presented by Piknik Electronik. The Chandon Pit Stop will provide you the opportunity to race in a go-kart circuit, developed in collaboration with SRA Karting, Octane Racing Group and F1 GT Canada. The activity is available  for a cost of $20 and up to 12 karts are available for you to race individually, with your friends. I definitely co-sign this one!

4. Moet CITY in Montreal

Moët & Chandon is celebrating their brand simultaneously in different cities around the world and Montreal has been selected. For the occasion, part of the Griffintown area will turn into 'Moët City' which comes alive for a day with different areas animated by the many labels of the famous champagne house – Impérial, Rosé and Ice. A day party, gourmet brunch, rebellious DJs and avant-garde artists, Imperial princesses and much more is in store for you. It is not often that our city gets to be part of a worldwide event so make sure you get your tickets for the brunch portion or day party HERE

Montreal is really a brunch city. There is something about having a great meal to start the day! Overlooking the breathtaking view of the Old Port, this year’s brunch will begin at 2PM until 11PM. This year's theme is a Nautical theme from the menu with fresh oysters, lobsters and more to the Hamptons Chic decor created by Maddy K. If you love to dress according to the theme, think red, white and navy blue! Visit their website for info and your tickets!

6. The Classic AUBERGE SAINT-GABRIEL weekend

As the official Grand Prix destinaiton, Auberge Saint-Gabriel has the become the place to be for the elite, drivers, celebs and much more. There is something about the swanky area that attracts la creme de la creme.  Starting Thursday June 7th til Sunday June 10th there is so much going on there that you will definitely find something to do. I always hear great things about their closing party being a star studded extravaganza so check that party out to close off your crazy weekend!  Head on to their website for all the deets!

Drink responsibly this weekend and careful out there!
